Welcome to the second blog article in our series of posts on what it’s like to work at The Title Girl. This time, we’ll go behind the scenes with Crystal Stanley to learn more about how she found The Title Girl and what her experience has been like with us.

How Did You End Up at the Title Girl?

“I met our founder, Chelsea Cunningham, when I was working at a church in Dallas, Texas. That is where she and I connected professionally. In the early days of The Title Girl, I was brought in to assist in developing systems and workflows. It was a fun time that involved working long days and I was able to learn so much.

I’ve always been a fan of Chelsea and the work that she did at The Title Girl. I was in awe of her ability to see the big picture and find the solutions needed for our industry. Years later, we reconnected, and I was brought on as her Executive Assistant. I’m business minded and love to serve and I’ve found that place at The Title Girl that supports and encourages those parts in me.

I appreciate my position and the different roles I’ve been able to assist with at The Title Girl. I’ve been involved in many research projects and recently started assisting with some marketing efforts. I love being a part of a team revolutionizing the title and registration aspect in our industry!”
