Registration Impact Portal (RIP) 101: How to Monitor
It’s no secret that dealerships have a lot of moving parts. Because of this, trying to control everything can definitely feel like a daunting task. But it doesn’t have to be!
RIP It and Stick It
The Registration Impact Portal (RIP) is the central hub for monitoring different departments and the information that each department oversees. With RIP, you have access to multiple dashboards that can keep track of every single deal, registration, and more in real-time!
Monitoring Using the Dashboards
The dashboards have a ton of features that can be enabled, such as tracking at-risk temp tags which can help identify customers with expired tags ahead of time. This is to help reduce and track late fees by encouraging the clerk to address these deals in a timely manner.
Operations Dashboard
In the Operations Dashboard, you can choose to see all your dealerships listed when you enter but you can also filter by state and dealership locations as well. Actionable closed deals, open inquiries, and outstanding requests can all be tracked through this dashboard too!
For example, if a customer calls and is wondering why their title is taking longer than expected to receive, you can go right into the Open Inquiries board and see how far through the process they are and what the issue is almost immediately. No more searching through filing cabinets or stacks of paperwork!
Performance Dashboard
The Performance Dashboard is where you can keep track of at-risk late fees and every deal and its status. Here you can manage what you have to do for the day. In your Registration Request tab, you’ll find your daily to-do list in full detail. Different filters can be added to help monitor specific statuses such as documents submitted, documents sent, ready for title pull, and much more. You can even run a report or see how many trade-ins are waiting for action!
